This is designed to target specific mental health issues such as Schizophrenia/ Schizoaffective disorders
  • Depression Chronic substance use and other personality disorders.
  • The groups focus on improving social skills, building skills and deal with other issues such as loneliness, anger and low self esteem.
  • Groups can act as a support network for many people living with a mental illness.
  • Group therapy also provides diversity, helping individuals to look at situations differently, by seeing how other people tackle problems promoting positive changes.
Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy that aims to help people manage mental health conditions or cope with negative experiences and behaviors.
