Behavioural Officers

Behavioural officers work alongside the Behavioural practitioners and their role is to work alongside the Support Workers, to implement behavioural plans for participants with challenging behaviours.

They are also skilled at facilitating change for participants going through changes, be it a change in routine or change in living environment.
