It provides a sense of accomplishment, boosts self-esteem, and promotes relaxation by aiding individuals in managing intense emotions, fostering self-awareness and self-worth, and decreasing behaviours of concern.

Run by a Diversional Therapist, we offer 1:1 or group sessions of:
