AOD Counsellors

This counselling service is led by counsellors experienced in managing complex or challenging alcohol and other drug (AOD) behaviours, with the goal of reducing harm to individuals, communities, providers, and families. Many participants with complex mental health diagnoses also have co-occurring substance use disorders, often involving drug use, which can lead to ongoing challenging behaviours.

In these cases, it is essential to address both the substance use and the behaviours of concern.
